Shipping Information

At DeBell Designs, many of our items are printed to order or produced in small batches, which allows us to create thoughtfully and reduce waste. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may vary.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS or other shipping partners. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delays & Lost Packages

DeBell Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Once an order is in transit, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the original packaging
  • Your order number

Please do not return damaged items unless we request it. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
