Refund policy
We hope you absolutely love your purchase from DeBell Designs. Each piece is created with care, and your support of our small business truly means the world to us.
Because many of our products are printed to order or produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, or color variations. Slight variations in color or finish are a natural part of the printing and handmade process and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the original packaging
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please do not return damaged items unless we specifically request it.
Returns Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only available for items purchased directly from debelldesigns.com. Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to that retailer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are only covered in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
